Mohr moved that Ordinance 911UT be <br /> approved. Anderson seconded. They have <br /> requested annexation to the City with Residential <br /> Low Density zoning. The property is located in <br /> the northeast corner of the area known as the <br /> Spruce Lane Neighborhood. At the flay 13th public <br /> hearing, the Planning Coasission approved the <br /> aunt ation yet denied the proposed PL zoning and <br /> recommended RE zoning along with *is conditions. <br /> Nancy Blackburn, Downing Leach, stated that along <br /> with the annexation they are asking for IL zoning <br /> for this parcel for the flexibility of development <br /> options and the surrounding areas are zoned EL. <br /> Slides were presented depicting the types of homes <br /> they hope to develop - single family detached. <br /> Blackburn feels that the increase in traffic <br /> produced by this development is insignificant. <br /> Mayor Tetuan asked for anyone wishing to speak in <br /> favor of or in opposition to this Ordinance. <br /> e <br />
