The last sentence of this section <br /> will read, °So street shall exceed 500 feet in <br /> length without providing an alternate fire lane <br /> access or 300 feet in length for multi-family, <br /> industrial or commercial development.° <br /> Wanush explained that every three years the <br /> International Conference of Building Officials <br /> (ICBO) updates and revises the fire code. This <br /> code is one of the nationally recognised codes <br /> generally adopted by most communities to provide <br /> for the safety and welfare of its citizens. <br /> Currently Louisville uses the 1982 Idition of the <br /> Fire Code.
