Staff r000nmend that <br /> Council refer this annexation request to the <br /> Louisville Planning Caameission for further study. <br /> Mark Millions, representative of the Rocky <br /> Mountain Services, stated that there is no time <br /> frame for the facility. It is their intention to <br /> contract with a large national firm to do a aerket <br /> study of the feasibility of the needs for health <br /> services in this area. Based on the results of <br /> that study, a time plan viii be set up. The <br /> association feels that the business vltsate in <br /> Louisville is very good and the site has excellent <br /> visibility. Also the site is large enough to do a <br /> lot of things with and serve the health needs of <br /> Louisville, Broomfield and the entire southeastern <br /> Boulder County area for a long time in the future. <br /> Ssymanski stated that included in Council's <br /> objectives, this endeavor is certainly on top of <br /> the list and supports the proposal. <br /> Mayor Pauson moved that this annexation request be <br /> referred to the Planning Commission for further <br /> study. Cedar Way, asked if there are <br /> any additional hearings schedule on the M-490 <br /> issue. Mohr stated that there will be meetings <br /> conducted by DRCOO at the tine Phase Ii of the <br /> study considers specific corridors. Judson asked <br /> if there would be a public vote on the annexation <br /> of land for W-470. B ndley stated that annexation <br /> would not be needed or required. Additionally, <br /> Judson wanted to know' if there would be public <br /> hearings on the golf course sits and the hospital <br /> site. Bundiey stated that the golf course is on <br /> 10 <br />
