This land is currently Toned Rs <br /> and will maintain that zoning with the conditions <br /> set forth in the Subdivision Agreement. This <br /> parcel is located within the Sundanoe II <br /> subdivision and comprises the lots on Grouse Court <br /> (lots 64-74). Applicants request is to repeat <br /> this parcel in order to enlarge lot sites and to <br /> delete a portion of outlot A that was difficult to <br /> maintain. At the Planning Coaniasion public <br /> hearing, Cosimission approved the partial rapist <br /> with the following conditions, 1) tennis and <br /> landscaping in outlot i-4 conform to the 8undance <br /> iS subdivision agreement section 5.2 and 5.3; and <br /> 2) No certificates of occupancy be issued until <br /> completion of landscaping on outlot 3-4. <br /> Ton sort, MoStain, Mnt., stated that along with <br /> the rapist, a landscaped berm is being deleted in <br /> the cul-de-sac drive. <br /> Anderson moved that Resolution $35 be approved <br /> with the reconstituted conditions. Wilson has under <br /> contract a .57 acre parcel of land currently sorted <br /> RN. The property is located on the south side of <br /> South ioulder Road in the 500 West block. <br /> Applicants request is to subdivide the land into <br /> two parcels and to build a triplex on each while <br /> maintaining the RN zoning. Planning Commission <br /> approved the subdivision at the July 8th public <br /> hearing with no conditions. <br /> David Wilson. 3670 Lockwood Ct., Boulder, stated <br /> he is purchasing half the Rickman-Moses property <br /> (the Rickman tract) and subdividing it into two <br /> lots with the possibility of acquiring the Moses <br /> property and take the total area and develop it <br /> under a PUD.
