Approval of LHA Letterhead <br /> Vice Chair Rowland wade a motion to approve a new LRA letter- <br /> head out of the four sample letterheads that wars distributed. <br /> Commissioner Neill secoo ded the motion. There ass no further <br /> discussion. The notion was approved end carried. The vote was <br /> as follows: <br /> AYES: Rovlaad, Stead, Jones, Neill <br /> NAYS: <br /> ABSENT: Rautenstraua <br /> 3 . Rousing M.ajement Status Report - Mary Baker <br /> Baker reported that the lease-up rate is 100 percent for Regal <br /> Square and Hillside Square. There is currently one delinquent <br /> rent. Baker also reported that the average tenant sent is <br /> increasing, with the average gross rent at Hillside Square being <br /> $144 per month and the average gross rent at legal Square at <br /> $317. <br /> Baker vent on to report that Parsers Rome Adaintstration ?.HA <br /> inspected Regal Square and noticed certain minor repairs that <br /> needed to be made. All necessary repairs are either completed <br /> or in the process of eosplstion. <br /> Baker stated that the fiscal reports for Regal Square and <br /> Hillside Square will he sent out to the IAA Commissioners by the <br /> Noveaber LRA nesting. <br /> • <br />
