1. CITY OP LOUISVILLE NOVEMBER 6, 1986 REGULAR MEETING The City Council of the City of Louisville stet in Regular Session in the Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Fauson called the :meting to order at 7:10 pas. and the following persons were present: Councilmeebers: Sob Ssyranski, Stew Anderson, Randy Carnival and John Sackett Staff present: Terry Sundial,. City Administrator Rich Wanusb, Director of Community Development Curt Rautenstraus, City Attorney Toss Phare, Director of Public Works Rod Leeman, Director of Public Safety Also present: Pam Ferris, City Clerk William Season, Treasurer Absent: Councilman Alan Scarpella Councilman Mike Mohr August Hioco, Director of Community Services Sharon Asti-Caranci, Director of Financial Services APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA Mayor Fauson asked for any changes to the Agenda. None. Mayor Pauson moved that the Agenda be approved as submitted. Sackett seconded. Unanimous. APPROVAL OF THE CONSENT CALENDAR Mayor Fauson asked if there were changes to the Consent Calendar. None. Mayor Pauson coved that the Consent Calendar be approved as submitted. Szymanski seconded. Unanimous. CONSENT CALENDAR A. Approval of Minutes B. Approval of Bills C. PROCLAMATION - YOUTE APPRECIATION WEEK Mayor Pauson read the proclamation declaring the second week in November as Youth Appreciation Week. The Optimist Club has awarded a plaque to George Taylor, Jr. honoring him as Youth of the Month as an outstanding volunteer in sports is a referee and teacher. Mayor Fauson presented George with the plaque and a $50 Savings Bond on behalf of the Louisville Optimist Evening Club. 1
