The °loaning Commission reviewed this <br /> request !a a public besting an reconaended that the C-B zoning request be <br /> approved. Because of the location of the property and the proposed <br /> hospital use, the Planning Commission felt that it Watt important to insure <br /> the development of this property ac a hospital . To this end, they <br /> recommended C-3 zoning with the condition that the _ening be made <br /> contingent on the sit+ being coed solely for the purposes that the <br /> applicant had proposed. The Commission directed the staff and City <br /> Lttorney to :Mori: out the appreerinte 'language. <br /> The City ,•.ttorney and I developed draft conditions to be made part of the <br /> C-B zoning. After discussing these renditions with the applicant , it was <br /> jointly determined that the sane result coul4 be achieved Rieder the <br /> Agricultural zoning.
