This <br /> agreement would transfer the three acres currently owned by the City <br /> of Louisville but proposed for a n•w fire station site to the <br /> Louisville lire Protection District. Attached is a map identifying <br /> the site to be transferred. <br /> • As a reminder to Council, this land transaction is part of the three- <br /> way deal agreed to by the City of Louisville lira Protection District <br /> and McStain Enterprises for a new firs station site.
