CITY OF LOUISVILLE NOVEMBER 25, 1986 REGULAR MEETING The City Council of the City of Louisville met in Special Session in the Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Fauson called the meeting to order at 7:40 p.m. and the following persons were present: Councilmembers: Sc. Szymanski, Randy Carnival, Mike Mohr and John Sackett. (Alan Scarpella and Steve Anderson arrived late. Their arrival is so noted within the text of the minutes.) Staff present: Terry Hundley, City Administrator Rich Wanush, Director of Community Development Curt Rautenstraus, City Attorney Absent: Pam Ferris, City Clerk William Hasson, Treasurer Sharon Asti-Caranci, Director of Financial Services Tom Phare, Director ut Public Works Rod Leesaan, Director of Public Safety August Hioco, Director of Community Services APPROVAL or TUE AGENDA Mayor Fauson asked for any changes to the Agenda. None. Mayor Fauson moved that the Agenda be approved as submitted. Mohr seconded. Unanitaous. ORDINANCE 1918 - HEALTH PARR ANNEXATION 11 - PUBLIC HEARING Councilman Sackett asked that he be excused from the proceedings on Ordinances 1918, 919 anA 920 due to possible conflict of interest. Rautenstraus read by title only Ordinance 1918, An Ordinance annexing to the City of Louisville, Colorado, a parcel of approximately 7.213 acres located north of U.S. Highway J6 and vest of 88th Street, which is owned by Harold W. Spicer.` Rautenstraus stated that this is a continuation of the public hearing on November 18, 1946, and recommended that Mayor Fauson ask if there is anyone wishing to speak on the Ordinance. Mayor Fauson asked if there was anyone wishing to speak either in favor of or in opposition to the Ordinance. (lone.
