RESOLUTION #2 - OUMEDA Rautenstraus read in its entirety Resolution #2.
SUBDIVISION AND PUD "A Resolution approving a Final Plat and PUD for
Centennial Valley Business Park riling No. 2.•
Wanush explained that Bomart is requesting the
subdivision of Parcel B on the Centennial Valley
General Development Plan into two lots of
approximately 15 acres and 5 acres. Lincor is
then requesting a PUD on the 15 acre lot to erect
a building of 106,750 s.f. to house Ohmeda. The
subdivision and POD are consistent with the
Centennial Valley General Development Plan and
Agreement, and with City zoning and subdivision
ordinances.
Dave Stahl, eomart Development Co. (owner of the
land where Ohreda is locating), reviewed the
project.
Slide presentations and specifics of the project
were also made by Carey Crane, Lincor Properties
of Colorado in Englewood, and Paul Trementossi,
architect and planner, and Alan Iiegel, President,
both of Worthington, Everett a Ziegel in Boulder.
Planning Commission reviewed this proposal on
February 10, 1987, and recommended approval.
Traffic controls and roadway designs were
discussed by Council. Traffic controls will not
be needed until Centennial Park develops over
several years and construction design of the road
will be looked at carefully. Provisions have also
been made to allow access to the Louisville
Lateral for maintenance and for future enclosure.
Mohr moved that Resolution #2 be approved.
Szymanski seconded. By Roll. Call Vote, Resolution
#2 was approved unanimously.
RESOLUTION #3 - URBAN
SERVICE AREA Rautenstraus read in its entirety Resolution #3,
"A Resolution expanding the Urban Service Area of
the City of Louisville.'
Wanush explained that as directed by Council, the
Public Works Department replaced the North Louis-
ville Lift Station with a gravity sewer main (the
North Louisville Interceptor Sever Main.) In
order to do so, the City acquired easement across
properties located in the City and/or County.
Owners of County properties granted easements with
the condition that the City could allow service to
the residents. Boulder County Planning Commission
4
