RESOLUTION #2 - OUMEDA Rautenstraus read in its entirety Resolution #2. <br /> SUBDIVISION AND PUD "A Resolution approving a Final Plat and PUD for <br /> Centennial Valley Business Park riling No. 2.• <br /> Wanush explained that Bomart is requesting the <br /> subdivision of Parcel B on the Centennial Valley <br /> General Development Plan into two lots of <br /> approximately 15 acres and 5 acres. Lincor is <br /> then requesting a PUD on the 15 acre lot to erect <br /> a building of 106,750 s.f. to house Ohmeda. The <br /> subdivision and POD are consistent with the <br /> Centennial Valley General Development Plan and <br /> Agreement, and with City zoning and subdivision <br /> ordinances. <br /> Dave Stahl, eomart Development Co. (owner of the <br /> land where Ohreda is locating), reviewed the <br /> project. <br /> Slide presentations and specifics of the project <br /> were also made by Carey Crane, Lincor Properties <br /> of Colorado in Englewood, and Paul Trementossi, <br /> architect and planner, and Alan Iiegel, President, <br /> both of Worthington, Everett a Ziegel in Boulder. <br /> Planning Commission reviewed this proposal on <br /> February 10, 1987, and recommended approval. <br /> Traffic controls and roadway designs were <br /> discussed by Council. Traffic controls will not <br /> be needed until Centennial Park develops over <br /> several years and construction design of the road <br /> will be looked at carefully. Provisions have also <br /> been made to allow access to the Louisville <br /> Lateral for maintenance and for future enclosure. <br /> Mohr moved that Resolution #2 be approved. <br /> Szymanski seconded. Call Vote, Resolution <br /> #2 was approved unanimously. <br /> RESOLUTION #3 - URBAN <br /> SERVICE AREA Rautenstraus read in its entirety Resolution #3, <br /> "A Resolution expanding the Urban Service Area of <br /> the City of Louisville.' <br /> Wanush explained that as directed by Council, the <br /> Public Works Department replaced the North Louis- <br /> ville Lift Station with a gravity sewer main (the <br /> North Louisville Interceptor Sever Main.) In <br /> order to do so, the City acquired easement across <br /> properties located in the City and/or County. <br /> Owners of County properties granted easements with <br /> the condition that the City could allow service to <br /> the residents.
