Unanimous. <br /> WATER STORAGE FACILITY - EXECUTIVE SESSION AND <br /> COUNCIL ACTION Hundley stated that staff requested Council move <br /> into a brief Executive Session to discuss this <br /> item and then return for Council action if <br /> appropriate. <br /> RECESS Mayor Fauson recessed the meeting for Council to <br /> gather in the Conference Room for an Executive <br /> Session. <br /> CONTINUTATION - Mayor Fauson reopened the Council Meeting to take <br /> WATER STORAGE FACILITY action on the City water storage facility. <br /> Hundley stated that staff requested Council <br /> authorization for the Mayor to sign an option <br /> agreement for the purchase of approximately 2 <br /> a^res for the price of $27,500 on which to <br /> construct the City's proposed treated water <br /> storage facility. <br /> Rautenstraus further stated that entering into <br /> this option agreement gives the City the right to <br /> buy this site for the next 5 1/2 months at a set <br /> price. <br /> Mayor Fauson called for a motion. Mohr moved that <br /> the Council authorize the Mayor to enter into this <br /> 8 <br />
