WATER STORAGE FACILITY - EXECUTIVE SESSION AND COUNCIL ACTION Hundley stated that staff requested Council move into a brief Executive Session to discuss this item and then return for Council action if appropriate. RECESS Mayor Fauson recessed the meeting for Council to gather in the Conference Room for an Executive Session. CONTINUTATION - Mayor Fauson reopened the Council Meeting to take WATER STORAGE FACILITY action on the City water storage facility. Hundley stated that staff requested Council authorization for the Mayor to sign an option agreement for the purchase of approximately 2 a^res for the price of $27,500 on which to construct the City's proposed treated water storage facility. Rautenstraus further stated that entering into this option agreement gives the City the right to buy this site for the next 5 1/2 months at a set price. Mayor Fauson called for a motion.
