LOUISVILLE HOUSING AUTHORITY <br /> LOUISVILLE, COLORADO <br /> Community Room, Regal Square <br /> Tuesday, March 24, 1987 <br /> On Tuesday, March 24, 1987 , the Louisville Housing Authority <br /> held their Regular Meeting at 7:00 p.m. <br /> ATTENDANCE: <br /> Members Present: Susy Rautenstraus, John Stead, Steve Neill <br /> Members Absent: Bob Jones, Carlyle Rowland <br /> Others Present: Marty Baker, Mary Sayler, The Underwood' <br /> 1. Approval of Minutes of February 24, 1987 Regular Meetinj <br /> The Minutes of the February 24, 1987 Regular Meeting of the <br /> Louisville Housing Authority were approved as written. <br /> 2. Housing Management Status Report - Marty Baker <br /> a. Carpet Bids - Baker reported that she received bids on <br /> three grades of carpeting for the Community Roos at Regal <br /> Square from Susan Rowe of Empire Linoleum and from Rover Up <br /> of Louisville. Baker recommended going with the high-grade <br /> carpeting and the Rover Up bid, The Rover Up bid came to <br /> $1 ,210 and the Empire Linoleum bid came to $1 ,349. <br /> Commissioner Neil moved that the Rover Up bid be accepted <br /> but the bid be changed to include new molding for the <br /> Community Room. Commissioner Stead seconded the motion. <br /> There was no further discussion. The motion was approved <br /> and carried. The vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Rautenstraus, Neill, Stead <br /> NAYS: <br /> ABSENT: Jones, Rowland <br /> b. Blanket Position Bond - Baker stated that she had <br /> spoken with Mary Luckett of Tri-Cities 'Insurance Company of <br /> Louisville and that Luckett had sent Baker an application <br /> for the position bond. The bond would cover Allan Beesley, <br /> Jim Liles, Susy Rautenstraus, Carlyle lovlsnd, Marty Baker, <br /> Debbie Idler and Shery Smith. Beesley and Liles will be <br /> covered as their names are on the check-signing machine. <br /> Rautenstraus and Rowland will be covered as Chair and <br /> Vice-Chair of the Louisville Housing Authority. Baker, <br /> Idler and Smith are employees of the Housing Management <br /> Office and will be covered under the new position bond. <br /> Baker will send the completed application to Chair <br /> Rautenstraus for signature. <br />
