The proposed changes are modifications to <br /> the drainage and utility easements. The PUP <br /> amendment is to reduce the drainage and utility <br /> easements. The POD amendment is to reduce the <br /> front setbacks from 25 ft. to 20 ft. for lots 8 <br /> and 9. Planning Commission recommended approval <br /> at the public hearing on April 14, 1987. <br /> Mohr, referring to questions during the Planning <br /> Commission public hearing, asked if engineering <br /> approved of the drainage and utility easement <br /> modifications. <br /> Wanush stated that the engineering department <br /> believes that none of these changes affect the <br /> approved drainage plan. Phare stated that <br /> drainage from the detention pond would drain <br /> through the easement, into the alley, continue <br /> east until tying into the storm drainage on Rex <br /> Street. <br /> 5 <br />
