• 05/05/87 <br /> Mayor Fauson so moved and Mohr seconded. <br /> Unanimous. <br /> ORDINANCE 6926 - SOWARD BERRY WATER TREATMENT PLANT ANNEXATION - <br /> PUBLIC BEARING Rautenstraus read by title only Ordinance #926, <br /> An Ordinance annexing to the City of Louisville, <br /> Colorado, a parcel of approximately 11.23 acres <br /> located south of U.S. Highway 36, which is owned <br /> by the City of Louisville and the State of <br /> Colorado.' The Ordinance is up for second reading <br /> and a public hearing. Proof of publication and <br /> notice of public hearing were established. <br /> Mayor Fauson opened the public hearing. <br /> Wanush stated that on April 7, 1987, the City <br /> Council approved Resolution No. 7, Series 1987, <br /> setting forth findings of fact and conclusions <br /> relative to the annexation of the Soward Berry <br /> Water Treatment sits. The Council found that this <br /> proposed annexation met the State Statute <br /> requirements relative to annexation and that the <br /> property may be properly annexed to the City of <br /> Louisville. <br /> Mayor Fauson asked for anyone wishing to speak <br /> either in favor of or in opposition to Ordinance <br /> 6926. None. <br /> With no questions or comments by Council, Mayor <br /> Fauson closed the public hearing and called for a <br /> motion. <br /> Mohr moved that Ordinance 6926 be adopted on <br /> second and final reading. Szymanski seconded. By <br /> Roll Call Vote, Ordinance #926 was adopted <br /> unanimously. <br /> ORDINANCE #927 - HOWARD BERRY WATER TREATMENT PLANT ZONING - <br /> PUBLIC SEARING Rautenstraus read by title only Ordinance #927, <br /> "An Ordinance amending Title 17 of the Louisville <br /> Municipal Code entitled °Zoning" by zoning <br /> property of approximately 11.23 acres owned by the <br /> City of Louisville and the State of Colorado. • <br /> The Ordinance is up for second reading and a <br /> public hearing.
