Unanimous. <br /> (Anderson rejoined the meeting) <br /> APPOINTMENT TO w-470 <br /> AUTHORITY Mayor Fauson stated that Council approved the <br /> participation of the City of Louisville in the W- <br /> 470 Intergovernmental Agreement in the <br /> establishment of a w-470 Authority. The Agreement <br /> calls for the Mayor to appoint Louisville's <br /> representative. Mayor Fauson appointed <br /> Councilman Mohr to the Authority as he has been <br /> the City's representative on the W-470 Task Force <br /> and asked that Councilman Sackett serve as the <br /> alternate. <br /> INFORMATION - W-470 PUBLIC MEETING - WEDNESDAY, <br /> MAY 20TH Mohr stated that a Public Meeting has been <br /> scheduled for May 20th in the Louisville City <br /> Council Chambers for citisens to ask questions <br /> regarding the W--470 project. DACOG's consulting <br /> engineer on the project will be available to <br /> answer questions and address concerns regarding <br /> . this project on the proposed routes. <br /> Sackett stated that he was very disappointed in <br /> the Boulder Daily Camera's article regarding the <br /> W-470 project. Sackett stated that the Boulder <br /> Camera spoke as representing all of Boulder County <br /> in saying that the W-470 was •a bad thing. Sac- <br /> kett asked that the citizens of Louisville <br /> consider that 4W--470 could be the beat thing for <br /> Louisville that we've had in the last 10 years. <br /> This is a very positive thing for at least the <br /> eastern part of the County.' Sackett asked that <br /> people come to this W-470 meeting tomorrow to <br /> learn mare about the M-470 and its advantages <br /> for Louisville. <br /> OTHER: <br /> APPROVAL TO OBTAIN Hundley asked that Council consider one additional <br /> BIDS item regarding permission to obtain bids for a 12' <br /> waterline under Highway 42 to serve the Cemetery. <br /> Permission is being sought to obtain bids on the <br /> boring under Highway 42 at 104th Street which will <br /> 10 <br />
