April 28, 1987 <br /> On Tuesday, April 28, 1987, the Louisville Housing Authority <br /> held their Regular fleeting at 7 :00 p.m. <br /> ATTENDANCE: <br /> Members Present : Suzy Rautenstraus, Carlyle Rowland, Steve <br /> Neill <br /> Peahen Absent: Bob Jonas, John Stead <br /> Others Present: Jim Liles, Marty Baker <br /> 1 . Approval of Minutes of March 2 4 <br /> _ , 1987 Regular fleeting <br /> The Minutes of the March 24 , 1987 Regular Meeting of the <br /> Louisville Rousing Authority were approved as written. <br /> 2 . }cousin liana emsnt Status Re ort - Matt Baker <br /> Baker presented the plans for the storage sheds for the tenants <br /> of Regal Square. The Board requested more information on the <br /> storage shed behind Unite 11 and 12 as the Architect had shown <br /> the location of the shod to be along the drive. The Board felt <br /> the best location would be behind Units 11 through 14. <br /> Commissioner Rowland stated that he would investigate whether a <br /> variance request from the setback requirement would be <br /> necessary . Rowland will report back on this at the next meeting <br /> after discussions with City staff. The Board requested that <br /> Dale Shreve, Architect for the storage sheds , be present at the <br /> next meeting to review plans before starting the bid process. <br /> Baker then presented that status report on the management of the <br /> two Louisville projects. Baker reported that there had been one <br /> death at Regal Square within the past month. <br /> 3. Executive Director's Rep rt - Jim Liles <br /> Liles announced that Boulder County had bean funded $230,000 in <br /> Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds by the State <br /> Department of Local Affairs. This funding had been approved for <br /> two housing activities. The first activity is a housing <br /> rehabilitaion grant/loan program for lower-income homeowners in <br /> Louisville, Lafayette, and Superior. The Louisville Times will <br /> carry an article about the grant announcement. The Housing <br /> staff would initially depend on newspaper articles to inform <br /> citizens about the housing rehabilitation funds available. <br /> Subsequently, the Housing staff will canvas the target <br />
