Dev. <br /> • <br /> AGENDA DESCRIPTION <br /> The applicant is requesting approval of a subdivision and PUD of • 26.7 <br /> acre site east of Harper Lake, west of Saddleback II and south of the <br /> Hilltop subdivision. The area is part of the Centennial Conceptual Plan <br /> amendment (master plan) approved in 1985. <br /> 58 lots ranging from 10.000 to 16,229 square feet are proposed. The <br /> minutes of the preliminary and final hearings as well as the staff <br /> summaries are attached. <br /> All five conditions recommended by staff and Commission have been agreed <br /> to and are added either to the PUD or to the subdivision agreement. <br /> Planning Commission recommended approval at the public hearing on May 12, <br /> 1987. <br /> At the June 2, 1987 Council meeting, the Council decided to postpone a <br /> decision pending further consideration of sidewalks on one side of the <br /> street.
