Mayor Fauson moved that the Agenda be <br /> approved as submitted. Unanimous. <br /> APPROVAL OP <br /> CONSENT CALENDAR Mayor Fauson asked for any changes to the Consent <br /> Calendar. None. Approval of Liquor License Renewal - Black <br /> Diamond <br /> REGULAR BUSINESS: <br /> RESOLUTION 916 - SUBDIVISION & PUD - <br /> THE GROVE Itautenstraus stated that this is a continuance of <br /> the June 2, 1967, seating wherein the Resolution <br /> was read in its entirety. <br /> Wanush explained that at the June 2, 1967, Council <br /> meeting, the Council decided to postpone a decision <br /> pending further consideration of sidewalks on one <br /> aide, of the street. Information concerning side- <br /> walks was submitted to Council for their con- <br /> sideration. The applicant is requesting approval <br /> of a subdivision and POD of a 26.7 acre site east <br /> of Harper Lake, west of Saddleback II and south of <br /> the Hilltop Subdivision.
