• 4 CITY OP LOUISVILLE JUNE 15, 1987 REGULAR MEETING The City Council of the City of Louisville net in Regular Session in the Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Pauson called the aeetiag to order at 7330 p.a. and the following persons were present' Councilasabers' Bob Ssymanski, Steve Anderson, Mandy Carnival, John Sackett, Alan Scarpella and Mike Mobr Staff present: Terry Hundley, City Administrator Curt Rautrnstraus, City Attorney Tom Phare, Director of Public Works Robert Rrisko, Director of Community Services Rich Wanush, Director of Community Development Also present: Pam Ferris, City Clerk William Reason, Treasurer Absent: Rod Leessan, Director of Public Safety Sharon Asti-Caranci, Director of Financial Services APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA Mayor Fauson asked for any changes to the Agenda. None. Mayor Pauson saved that the Agenda be approved as submitted. Unanimous. APPROVAL OF CONSENT CALENDAR Mayor hauson asked for any changes to the Consent Calendar. None. Mayor Pauson saved that the Consent Calendar be adopted as submitted. Unanimous. CONSENT CALENDAR: A. Approval of Bills B. Approval of Purchase - 9.0 Water Shares - Goodhue Ditch and Reservoir - Heritage Home C. Approval of Liquor License Renewal - Black Diamond REGULAR BUSINESS: RESOLUTION 916 - SUBDIVISION i PUD - THE GROVE Rautenstraus stated that this is • continuance of the June 2, 1987, meeting wherein the Resolution was read in its entirety. Wanush explained that at the June 2, 1987, Council meeting, the Council decided to postpone a decision pending further consideration of sidewalks on one side of the street. Information concerning side- walks was submitted to Council for their con- sideration. The applicant is requesting approval of a subdivision and POD of a 26.7 acre site east of Harper Lake, west of Saddleback II and south of the Hilltop Subdivision. The area is part of the 1
