McCeslin Blvd. in the <br /> Centennial Valley Center. Oedipus, Inc. conducted <br /> the circulation of petitions to fulfill the <br /> 'needs' of the neighborhood" requirement. Notice <br /> of public hearing was properly published and the <br /> premise was properly posted 10 consecutive days <br /> prior to tonight's public hearing. <br /> Mayor Fauson opened the public hearing. <br /> Jim Craig, District Manager of the 7-11 store, and <br /> representatives of Crisman Bineham and Johnson, <br /> attorneys for 7-11, spoke to Council stating that <br /> if there were any questions regarding the applica- <br /> tion and information received by Council in their <br /> packet, they would detail any information Council <br /> requested. <br /> Mayor Fauson asked if there was anyone present who <br /> wished to speak in favor of or in opposition to <br /> this application for a 3.2• Beer License at the 7- <br /> 11 Store located at 300 S. Mccaslin Blvd. None. <br /> Anderson asked Oedipus. Inc. what process they <br /> utilise in determining the neighborhoods that are <br /> petitioned. Max Stile stated that their office <br /> manager selects areas close to the site location <br /> and then throughout the City as well. In this <br /> case, there was a response of 85% in favor of the <br /> application. <br /> With no further questions from Council, mayor <br /> Fauson closed the public hearing and called for a <br /> motion. <br /> Mayor Fauson moved that the 3.2% Beer License for <br /> the 7-11 Store at Centennial Valley Center be <br /> approved. Scarpella seconded.
