0 <br /> CITY OF LOUISVILLE <br /> AUGUST 18, 1987 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING <br /> The City Council of the City of Louisville met in Regular Session in the <br /> Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Pauson <br /> called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the following persons were <br /> present: <br /> Councilmemberst Randy Carnival, Steve Anderson, Alan Scarpella, <br /> Bob Szymanski and Mike Mohr <br /> Staff present: Terry Nundley, City Administrator <br /> Curt Rautenstraus, City Attorney <br /> Larry Lillo, Director of Community Services <br /> Rich Wanush, Director of Community Development <br /> Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety <br /> Also present: pas Ferris, City Clerk <br /> Absent: Councilman John Sackett <br /> William Hasson, Treasurer <br /> Sharon Asti-Caranci, Director of Financial Services <br /> APPROVAL OF THE <br /> AGENDA Mayor Pauson asked that the Agenda be amended to <br /> include a) two street closure requests, b) Liquor <br /> License renewal for Johns, and c) Council direction <br /> regarding air traffic noise. Szymanski seconded to <br /> approve the Agenda as amended. Unanimous. <br /> APPROVAL OF THE <br /> CONSENT CALENDAR Mayor Fauson asked for any changes to the Consent <br /> Calendar. None. Mayor Fauson moved and it was <br /> seconded to approve the Consent Calendar as <br /> submitted. Unanimous. <br /> CONSENT CALENDAR: Approval of Minutes <br /> Approval of Bills <br /> Approval of Liquor License Renewal - Union Jack <br /> REGULAR BUSINESS; <br /> ORDIIIANCE #933 - G.O. WATER BOND ISSUE - <br /> PUBLIC HEARING Rautenstraus read by title only Ordinance #933, "An <br /> Ordinance authorising the issuance by the City of <br /> Louisville, Colorado, of General Obligation Water <br /> Bonds, Series 1987, in the principal amount of <br /> $2,980,000, for the purpose of providing financing <br /> for the City's acquisition and construction of cer- <br /> tain improvements to the City's Municipal Water <br /> System; prescribing the fora of said bonds; pro- <br /> viding for the levy of ad valorem taxes and the <br /> application of revenues derived from the water <br /> system of the City to pay the same; providing other <br /> details in connection therewith; and declaring an <br /> 1 <br />
