4 CITY OF LOUISVILLE SEPTEMBER 15, 1987 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING The City Council of the City of Louisville met in Regular Session in the Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Fauson called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.a. and the following parsons were present: Councilmembers: Randy Carnival, Steve Anderson, Bob Szymanski, John Sackett and Mike Mohr Staff present: Terry Hundley, City Administrator Curt Rautenstraus, City Attorney Larry Li11o, Director of Community Services Rich Wanush, Director of Community Development Sharon Asti-Caranci, Director of Financial Services Also present: Paa Perris, City Clerk William Hasson, Treasurer Absent: Councilman Alan Scarpella Rod Leeslaan, Director of Public Safety APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA Upon request of staff, Mayor Fauson moved that the Agenda be amended to reflect the removal of 4D, 4I and 4J, and the continuation of a public hearing on 4H. (Explanation included in text of minutes.) Mohr seconded. Unanimous. APPROVAL OF THE CONSENT CALENDAR Mayor Fauson asked for any changes to the Consent Calendar, None. Mayor Fauson moved and it was seconded to approve the Consent Calendar as submitted. Unanimous. CONSENT CALENDAR: Approval of Minutes Approval of Bills Approval of Change of Officers - American Legion Club Liquor License Approval of Liquor License Renewal - Senor Ts REGULAR BUSINESS: GENTLEMAN JIM'S RESTAURANT LIQUOR LICENSE - PUBLIC HEARING Ferris explained that Mr. James Hayden, sole owner of Gentleman Jia's Restaurant, is applying for a Restaurant Liquor License for his restaurant located at 330 South McCaslin Boulevard in the Centennial Center. Mr. Hayden has submitted to Council petitions to prove the •needs of the neighborhood." Approximately 49 signatures were obtained indicating a favorable interest in the granting of this license.
