4 <br /> CITY OF LOUISVILLE <br /> SEPTEMBER 15, 1987 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING <br /> The City Council of the City of Louisville met in Regular Session in the <br /> Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Fauson <br /> called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.a. and the following parsons were <br /> present: <br /> Councilmembers: Randy Carnival, Steve Anderson, Bob Szymanski, <br /> John Sackett and Mike Mohr <br /> Staff present: Terry Hundley, City Administrator <br /> Curt Rautenstraus, City Attorney <br /> Larry Li11o, Director of Community Services <br /> Rich Wanush, Director of Community Development <br /> Sharon Asti-Caranci, Director of Financial Services <br /> Also present: Paa Perris, City Clerk <br /> William Hasson, Treasurer <br /> Absent: Councilman Alan Scarpella <br /> Rod Leeslaan, Director of Public Safety <br /> APPROVAL OF THE <br /> AGENDA Upon request of staff, Mayor Fauson moved that the <br /> Agenda be amended to reflect the removal of 4D, 4I <br /> and 4J, and the continuation of a public hearing on <br /> 4H. (Explanation included in text of minutes.) <br /> Mohr seconded. Unanimous. <br /> APPROVAL OF THE <br /> CONSENT CALENDAR Mayor Fauson asked for any changes to the Consent <br /> Calendar, None. Mayor Fauson moved and it was <br /> seconded to approve the Consent Calendar as <br /> submitted. Unanimous. <br /> CONSENT CALENDAR: Approval of Minutes <br /> Approval of Bills <br /> Approval of Change of Officers - American Legion <br /> Club Liquor License <br /> Approval of Liquor License Renewal - Senor Ts <br /> REGULAR BUSINESS: <br /> GENTLEMAN JIM'S RESTAURANT LIQUOR LICENSE - <br /> PUBLIC HEARING Ferris explained that Mr. James Hayden, sole owner <br /> of Gentleman Jia's Restaurant, is applying for a <br /> Restaurant Liquor License for his restaurant located <br /> at 330 South McCaslin Boulevard in the Centennial <br /> Center. Mr. Hayden has submitted to Council <br /> petitions to prove the •needs of the neighborhood." <br /> Approximately 49 signatures were obtained indicating <br /> a favorable interest in the granting of this <br /> license. Tonight is the public hearing for which <br /> notice was published August 26, 1987, and September <br /> 1 <br />
