Executive Director's Re • ort - Jim Liles <br /> a. <br /> 1111.18.1-IIRtiEELEMLLLULIMUUMULJLUEE - Copies of the <br /> Management Plan or the Lafarge Senior Project were -•• <br /> distributed. Liles reported that while Farmers Nome <br /> Adainietratiou has received necessary paperwork on the <br /> transfer of the project, no action has been taken to date. <br /> A motion was made by Commissioner Neill to approve the <br /> * Management Plan as written. The motion vas seconded by <br /> Commissioner Stead. The motion was approved and carried, <br /> the vote being as follows: <br /> AYES: Rautenstraus, Neill, Stead, Jones <br /> NAYS: <br /> ABSENT: Rowland <br /> b. Refal Square Storage Shed Update - Liles stated that <br /> the shad are progressing par schedule. All foundations <br /> are Unlashed and most of the slabs are poured. The sheds <br /> should be finished by November 3 , 1987. The construction <br /> of the fence has not yet begun. <br /> c. Housing Rehabilitation - Liles reported that three (3) <br /> individuals from Louisville have applied for the CD8G <br /> Rousing Rehabilitation Grant Program. All three are senior <br /> citizens. <br /> Liles also announced that the Boulder County, through the <br /> Boulder County Rousing Authority is applying for a Rental <br /> Rehabilitation Program (RIP) grant through the State <br /> Division of lousing in the amount of 3200,000. The 1RP <br /> allows firs. $3.000 is $7,500 per malt which must he matched <br />
