She will also look <br /> into liability insurance for the LHA Commissioners. <br /> b. Status Report - The status report showed 1001 lease-up <br /> with two moves at Hillside Square within the last month. <br /> Baker reported that tenant rents have increased slightly. <br /> After some discussion of a parking situation at Hillside <br /> Square, Baker stated she will put up "tenants only" parking <br /> signs in the Hillside parking lot. <br /> c. Annual Contributions Contract (ACC)_ - A motion was made <br /> by Comniasioaer Jones to approv a signature of Chair <br /> Rautenstraus on the ACC. The motion was seconded by <br /> Commissioner Stead. Baker will contact Chair Rautenstraus <br /> upon receipt of the document. The motion was approved and <br /> carried, The vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Rautenstraus, Neill, Jonas, Stead <br /> NAYS: <br /> ABSENT: Rowland <br /> The next meeting of the Louisville Rousing Authority will be <br /> held Tuesday, October 27. at 1 :00 p.m. at the Regal Square <br /> Community Room.
