Publication and <br /> notice of public hearing were established. <br /> Mayor Fauson opened the public hearing. <br /> wanush asked that Council accepted into the record <br /> those comments made during his presentation on Ordi- <br /> nance #940 and Ordinance #941. The residents and <br /> owners of the property at 375 South 80th Street are <br /> requesting R-RR (Residential-Restricted Rural) <br /> zoning. Planning Commission reviewed the proposed <br /> zoning and determined that it was an appropriate <br /> zone. This is the most restrictive residential <br />- zoning designation. No other dwelling besides the <br /> existing one would be allowed. <br /> Mayor Fauson asked for any comments either in favor <br /> of or in opposition to Ordinance #942.
