The Romart easement is in <br /> the amount of $10.00. <br /> Phare explained that although Council was just <br /> presented with the documents, he feels that both <br /> contracts are straight forward and would recommend <br /> approval. However, should Council choose to wait <br /> until their next meeting to allow time to review the <br /> contracts, that would not present a major problem <br /> with the project. <br /> The Romart easement was essentially provided for <br /> under a standard agreement with all developers <br /> wherein they are required to provide utility service <br /> easements to the City and to their particular <br /> development. <br /> Council agreed that they had been informed by Phare <br /> of these upcoming agreements and there are no <br /> departures from that information provided earlier <br /> and therefore would feel comfortable with approving <br /> these two easement agreements this evening. <br /> Szymanski moved that the easement agreements with <br /> Public Service Company and Romart Development <br /> Corporation be approved.
