Mayor Fauson <br /> called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the following persons were <br /> presents <br /> Councilmembers: Randy Carnival, Steve Anderson, Bob Szymanski, <br /> John Sackett, Mike Mohr and Alan Scarpella <br /> Staff present: Terry Hundley, City Administrator <br /> Curt Rautenstraus, City Attorney <br /> Larry Lille, Director of Community Services <br /> Rich Wanush, Director of Community Development <br /> Sharon Asti-Caranci, Director of Financial Services <br /> Tom Phare, Director of Public Works <br /> Also present: Pam Ferris, City Clerk <br /> William Beeson, Treasurer <br /> Absent: Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety <br /> APPROVAL OF THE <br /> AGENDA Mayor Fa!!,eon asked for any additions i.0 the Agenda. <br /> None. Mayor Fauson moved that the Agenda be <br /> approved as submitted. Mohr seconded. Unanimous. <br /> APPROVAL OF THE <br /> CONSENT CALENDAR Mayor Fauson asked for any changes to the Consent <br /> Calendar. None. Mayor Fauson moved and Mohr <br /> seconded to approve the Consent Calendar as <br /> submitted. Unanimous. <br /> CONSENT CALENDAR: Approval of Minutes (Nov. 5th and Nov. 17th) <br /> Approval of Bills (Nov. 5th and Nov. 17th) <br /> Approval of Liquor License Renewal - Cortino's <br /> Approval of Employment Agreement <br /> Information Only - LHA Minutes and Agenda <br /> REGULAR BUSINESS: <br /> RESOLUTION #22 - FINDING OF FACT AND CONCLUSIONS - MENXICX WEST <br /> ANNEXATION PETITION - <br /> PUBLIC HEARING Hundley explained that once again staff is <br /> recommending that the public hearing be continued to <br /> the December 15, 1987, Council meeting. At the <br /> November 5, 1987, Council Meeting, Council continued <br /> the public hearing and action on Resolution 822 <br /> until action had been taken by the District Court to <br /> resolve this issue. City Attorney Curt Rautenstraus <br /> has filed all necessary responses for District Court <br /> action. <br /> Mayor Fauson moved and Scarpella seconded to have <br /> the public hearing for Resolution 822 be continued <br /> 1 <br />
