<br />J <br />~Z<- I <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 977 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 13 OF THE LOUISVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE <br />CONCERNING FEES FOR SEWER TAPS AND SEWER SERVICE RATES <br />AND CREATING AN ASSESSMENT FOR BOND RETIREMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City staff has determined that certain portions <br />of the Municipal Code concerning sewer tap fees and rates for <br />sewer service should be amendedi and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has concluded that it is necessary <br />to amend certain portions of the Municipal Code providing for <br />fees for sewer taps and sewer service rates; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has concluded that the f~~lowing. <br />amendments are necessary for proper administration of sewer <br />service within the City. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADOi <br /> <br />Section 1. Sections 13.24.030, 13.28.010, and 13.28.020 of <br />the Louisville Municipal Code are hereby repealed. <br /> <br />Section 2. The following sections are hereby enacted and <br />added to Title 13 of the Louisville Municipal Code: <br /> <br />13.24.030 Tap Fee <br /> <br />A. The tap fee for single family dwellings, including <br />mobile homes, shall be as set forth in the table below: <br /> <br />Year Tap Purchased Amount <br />1989 $2,163.00 <br />1990 $2,228.00 <br />1991 $2,295.00 <br />1992 $2,364.00 <br />1993 $2,435.00 <br /> <br />B. The tap fee for mUlti-family dwellings shall be <br />equivalent to the appropriate single family dwelling tap fee for <br />the first tap, plus 60% of the appropriate tap fee for each sub- <br />sequent tap purchased for use within a building. <br /> <br />C. The tap fee for all commercial uses shall be one-half <br />of the total water tap fee paid. <br />
