<br /> 13.28.01.0 Rates - Residential <br /> A. Sewer rates for residential usage shall be as follows: <br /> 1. Single family dwelling units, including mobile <br /> homes: $7.55 per month per dwelling unit during <br /> 1989; $8.05 per month per dwelling unit during <br /> 1990; $8.55 per month per dwelling unit during <br /> 1991 and thereafter. <br /> 2. Multiple family dwellings: $7.55 per month per <br /> dwelling unit during 1989; $8.05 per month per <br /> dwelling unit during 1990; $8.55 per month per <br /> dwelling unit during 1991 and thereafter. <br /> B. In addition to the rates set forth in (A) above, each <br /> sewer tap or dwelling unit within the City of Louisville shall be <br /> assessed $.50 per month during 1989, $1.00 per month during 1990 <br /> and $1.50 per month during 1991 and thereafter. Said assessment <br /> shall be for the payment of the principal of and interest on. <br /> bonded indebtedness. <br /> 13.28.020 Rates - Commercial <br /> A. Sewer rates for all commercial, industrial, office and <br /> school uses for the summer months of May, June, July, August and <br /> September shall be as set forth in the appropriate table below: <br /> Effective January 1, 1989 through December 31, 1989, inclusive: <br /> Gallons Rate <br /> Zero - 20,000 $8.45 <br /> 20,001 - 30,000 $8.45 for the first 20,000 gallons, plus <br /> $.53 for each additional 1,000 gallons (or <br /> fraction thereof) <br /> 30,001 - 40,000 $13.75 for the first 30,000 gallons, plus <br /> $.56 for each additional 1,000 gallons (or <br /> fraction thereof) <br /> 40,001 - 50,000 $19.35 for the first 40,000 gallons, plus <br /> $.60 for each additional 1,000 gallons (or <br /> fraction thereof) <br /> 50,001 - 60,000 $25.35 for the first 50,000 gallons, plus <br /> $.67 for each additional 1,000 gallons (or <br /> fraction thereof) <br /> 60,001 - 70,000 $32.05 for the first 60,000 gallons, plus <br /> - 2 - <br /> ---- -----..-...... _. <br />
