At the <br /> November S, 1957, Council Meeting, Council continued <br /> the public hearing and action on Resolution $22 <br /> until action had been taken by the District Court to <br /> resolve this issue. There is an indication that the <br /> Court has sot a hearing date for February 2 and in <br /> that case, Council may be able to take further <br /> action at their meeting of the saws date. <br /> Mayor Fsuaon moved and $sy anski seconded to have <br /> the public hearing for Resolution i22 be continued <br /> until Council's February 2. 1911S Meeting.
