Proof of publicatias for <br /> both Ordinance 0948 and #949 were established as <br /> was notice of public bearing. <br /> Mayor Pauson stated that at the regular Council <br /> Meeting on March 1, 1918, the Council hold a <br /> public bearing on Ordinance 0941. Secause the <br /> annexation agreement bed not been finalised, the <br /> meeting was continued until March 9th to allow <br /> both parties to conclude their negotiations. The <br /> agreement has now been finalised and Ordinance <br /> 0948 is ready for Council action. <br /> Willia scs stated that Council revolved copies of <br /> two Letters of Credit from First Interstate of <br /> Denver os behalf of CowuMity Molding which is the <br /> Coal Creek Sands group, and from United Beak of <br /> 1 <br />
