Paquet has requested that the <br /> Monday through Saturday hours be adjusted to allow <br /> operation from 11 a.m. to 9 p.a. and that Sundays <br /> be included in the schedule of approved hours and <br /> days of operation. <br /> David Stahl presented staff recommendations on <br /> these proposals, stating that traditionally the <br /> downtown restaurants have satisfied the need for <br /> Sunday business which primarily consists of non- <br /> resident restaurant goers.
