Apparently this <br /> last year they did not fund the program. As a <br /> result, Lillo and his staff put together an <br /> interim mosquito management program for 19$9 which <br /> details specifically the Dutch Creek area and <br /> other areas where there seems to be a greater <br /> problem in Louisville. Stahl advised Lillo this <br /> afternoon to move forward and begin the treatment <br /> of these particular areas. The cost of the <br /> program is approximately $2,000 and staff has r. <br /> prioritised specific areas in the Community <br /> Service budget to fund this project . <br /> Recommendations during the budget process for 190, <br /> will be made to Council with regard to continuing <br /> this program. <br /> Mohr stated that he appreciated having these <br /> people speak to the issue and their concern. Mohr <br /> thanked staff for their quick response to the <br /> problem. <br /> Sackett commented that he lives in Dutch Creek and <br /> scan personally attest to the mosquito problems <br /> there.
