Cornerstone Management explained that <br /> it is important to the success of their project to <br /> maintain the area by employing a property <br /> management firm and an on-site management and on- <br /> site maintenance person to keep the property at <br /> its beet. <br /> Psrrora asked that Council consider having money <br /> in escrow for a bikepath that is to be built at a <br /> later date. Both smart and Cornerstone indicated <br /> that they would be willing to work with Council on <br /> that issue. <br /> Ferrero expressed concern regarding the approval <br /> of Certificates of occupancy (CO) for individual <br /> buildings within the project and the timing of <br /> amenities. Ferrero and Carnival asked what <br /> guarantees could be built into an agreement with <br /> Cornerstone for this project to ensure a oorplated <br /> 7 <br />
