Based on this relationships of positions an, <br /> the competitive data staff developed, a salary <br /> structure for 1989 which is outlined in this <br /> 3rdinan^e. The 1989 budget has been premised on <br /> the salary structure and includes $54,045 to rais <br /> the shitty incumbents who are below the minim t <br /> the range minimum, and $16,i49 for an average of <br /> 4.2A salary increase for each incumbent . <br /> Mayor Pauson closed the public hearing and called <br /> for a motion. <br /> Mohr moved and Scarpella seconded to adopt <br /> Ordinance *911.
