THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE <br /> JUNE 13, 1991 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING <br /> The City Council of the City of Louisville met in Regular Session <br /> in the Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. <br /> Mayor Herman Fauson called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and <br /> the following persons were present: <br /> Council Members: Margaret Hornbostel, Randy Carnival <br /> Marie Szymanski <br /> Absent: Tom Davidson, Kevin Howard <br /> John Sackett <br /> Staff Present: Annette Brand, City Administrator <br /> Bill Blankenship, Personnel Officer <br /> Tom Phare, Dir. of Public Works <br /> Rod Leesman, Dir. of Public Safety <br /> Nelda Mohr, Dir. of Library <br /> Also Present: Linda Salas, Deputy City Clerk <br /> Bill Hesson, City Treasurer <br /> APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> Mayor Fauson called for changes to the Agenda. <br /> ;-- Mayor Fauson moved that the Agenda be approved, seconded Carni- <br /> '•. All in favor. <br /> DUE TO MECHANICAL PROBLEMS WITH THE RECORDING SYSTEM PEOPLE AT <br /> THE PODIUM COULD NOT BE HEARD CLEARLY. <br /> REGULAR BUSINESS <br /> DISCUSSION/MOTION - SOUTH WATER TREATMENT FACILITY PREDESIGN <br /> REPORT - AUTHORIZATION TO PROCEED TO PRELIMINARY DESIGN <br /> Phare: Since April staff has been working with Rocky <br /> Mountain Consultants (RMC) on the predesign <br /> items related to the South. Water Treatment <br /> Facility. The work program has been one of <br /> reviewing appropriate technologies, examining <br /> cost effectiveness of various alternatives, <br /> and identifying a conceptual site plan for <br /> the facility. These activities are now <br /> complete. <br /> You received a copy of the Predesign Report <br /> prepared by RMC identifying the issues exam- <br /> ined and recommendations for the preliminary <br /> design work program.
