<br />15.04.120 SECTION 205 PENALTY CLAUSE ADOPTED. The
<br />following penalty clause as contained in the Uniform Building
<br />Code, 1988 Edition, is set forth in full and adopted:
<br />
<br />Section 205. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or
<br />corporation to erect, construct, enlarge, alter, repair, move,
<br />improve, remove, convert or demolish, equip, use, occupy or
<br />maintain any building or structure or cause or permit the same to
<br />be done, in violation of this Code.
<br />
<br />Section 3. Sections 15.08.010, 15.08.020, 15.08.030,
<br />15.08.040, 15.08.050, of the Louisville Municipal Code are hereby
<br />repealed.
<br />
<br />Section 4. The following sections are hereby added to
<br />Chapter 15.08, Title 15 of the Louisville Municipal Code.

<br />Section 15.08.010 ADOPTION. There is hereby adopted as a
<br />part of the Louisville Municipal Code by reference, the Uniform
<br />Mechanical Code, 1988 Edition, as amended herein ("Code"),
<br />published by the International Conference of Building Officials,
<br />5360 Workman Mill Road, Whittier, California, to have the same
<br />force and effect as if set forth herein in every particular. The
<br />subject matter of the adopted Code includes minimum standards
<br />relating to the design, construction, installation, quality of
<br />materials, location, operation, and maintenance or use of
<br />heating, ventilation, cooling refrigeration systems, incinerators
<br />and other miscellaneous heat-producing appliances. In all
<br />sections of this chapter where a reference is made to the Code,
<br />said reference shall be to the 1988 Edition of said Code.

<br />Section 15.08.020 SECTION 304(a) AMENDED - PERMIT FEES.
<br />Section 304(a) of the Code, is specifically adopted to add Table
<br />No. 3-1 "Permit Fees".
<br />
<br />section 15.08.030 COPIES AVAILABLE AT OFFICE OF CITY CLERK.
<br />At least three copies of the Code, as amended herein, all
<br />certified to be true, shall be available for reference at the
<br />office of the city clerk, between the hours of eight a.m. and
<br />five p.m., Monday through Friday, holidays excepted. The Code as
<br />adopted shall be available for sale to the public through the
<br />office of the city clerk.

<br />Section 15.08.040 SECTION 204 PENALTY CLAUSE ADOPTED. The
<br />following penalty clause as contained in the Uniform Mechanical
<br />Code, 1988 Edition, is herewith set forth in full and adopted
<br />hereby:
