He received an estimate of $231,000
for the development of Spruce, which does not include the cost of
burying the utility lines currently along West Spruce Street, an
rddsd $30 - $40,000. He asked Council if they would be interested
in vcrking with Public Works and pay halt of the pc:blic improvement -
cost for the City of Louisville and look for the recovery in future —
doN el opment .
r Da%idson called for Council comments and Questions. —`
Hovard wanted some trees on Outlot B. He was reluctant to have
taxpayers money up- fronted for the West Spruce Street improvements.
He felt the burden of development should fall on the developer.
Lathrop felt the developtir should be responsible for their
development and all associated costs thereof.
-
Major wondered about the on -sits detention.
Toni rhare, Public works Director, stated detention would bs taken
ca :e of within the pro3ect.
