<br /> STATE OF COLORADO ) <br /> ) <br /> COUNTY OF BOULDER ) <br /> ) <br /> CITY OF LOUISVILLE ) <br /> The City Council of the City of Louisville, Colorado, <br /> met in regular session in full conformity with law and the rules <br /> and ordinances of the City at the City Hall, in Louisville, <br /> Colorado, on Tuesday, the 7th day of June, 1988, at 7:30 P.M. <br /> Upon roll call the following were present constituting a <br /> quorom: <br /> Mayor: Herman Fauson <br /> Mayor Pro-Tem: Mike Mohr <br /> Councilmembers: Steve Anderson <br /> - Randy Carnival <br /> John Sackett <br /> Alan Scarpella ~ <br /> Bob SZYmanski <br /> Also Present: <br /> City Clerk: Pam Ferris <br /> City Administrator: David C. Stahl <br /> City Treasurer: William Hesson <br /> City Attorney: steve Williamson <br /> Finance Director: Sharon Asti-caranci <br /> Absent: None <br /> Thereupon, Councilmembers Steve Anderson and John <br /> Sackett disclosed the existence of a potential conflict of <br /> interest concerning the matter before the Council, and excused <br /> themselves from the Council Chambers. <br /> Thereupon there was introduced and read on first reading <br /> the following Ordinance: <br /> - 1 - <br />
