<br /> Mayor Herman Fauson then moved that the foregoing <br /> Ordinance introduced and read at this meeting be published in full <br /> in the Louisville Times, a newspaper published within the limits <br /> of the City, in the issue dated June 8, 1988, and that said <br /> Ordinance be considered for adoption at the regular (rescheduled) <br /> meeting of the City Council on Monday, June 20, 1986. Council- <br /> member Mike Mohr seconded the motion. <br /> The question being upon the adoption of the motion, the <br /> roll was called with the following result: <br /> Those voting YES: <br /> Randy Carnival <br /> Herman Fauson <br /> Mike Mohr <br /> Alan Scarpella <br /> - Bob Szymanski <br /> Those voting NO: None <br /> ~ <br /> Those ABSTAINING: Steve Anderson and John Sackett <br /> The presiding officer thereupon declared that not less <br /> than a majority of all the members elected to the City Council <br /> having voted in favor thereof, the motion was carried. <br /> Thereupon, after consideration of other matters before <br /> the Council, the meeting was adjourned. <br /> (SEAL) ~~~ <br /> I <br /> - 10 - <br />
