<br />C. The City Council shall have the power, by motion, to <br />prescribe such other and further rules and regulations <br />governing the power and duties of the Superintendent <br />and such other rates, rules and regulations not <br />contained in Chapters 13.20, 13.24, 13.28 and 13.32. <br /> <br />13.20.020 - violation - Penalty. Any person who violates <br />any of the provisions of Chapters 13.20, 13.24, 13.28 or 13.32 <br />shall be guilty of a violation of such provisions, and shall be <br />subject to the penalty provided in Section 1.28.010. <br /> <br />Section 7. Sections 13.28.040, 13.28.050, 13.28.060 of the <br />Louisville Municipal Code are hereby repealed. <br /> <br />Section 8. The following sections are hereby added to Title <br />13 of the Louisville Municipal Code. <br /> <br />13.28.040 - Billinq Procedure - Delinquent PaYment - Service <br />Discontinued. The City shall bill all users in accordance with <br />the monthly sewer service charges. Billings shall be prepared, <br />forwarded and due as provided in Section 13.12.110. <br /> <br />13.28.050 - Delinquent Rents Constitute Lien. All sewer <br />rents and rates, including late charges and penalties, shall be a <br />charge and lien upon the real property to which sewer service is <br />provided from the time said rents are due, and shall be a <br />perpetual charge against said property until paid. In the event <br />said rents are not paid when due, the City Clerk may certify such <br />del inquent rents to the treasurer of Boulder County, and said <br />rents shall be collected in the same manner as though they were a <br />part of the taxes on such property.
