<br />ORDINANCE #950 DEFEATED FEBRUARY 16, 1988 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 950 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 17 OF THE LOUISVILLE <br />MUNICIPAL CODE ENTITLED "ZONING" BY MODIFYING <br />THE PROHIBITIONS AND CONDITIONS CONCERNING <br />HOME OCCUPATIONS <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City Council of the <br />City of Louisville, Colorado, a proposed amendment to Section <br />17.16.040H of the Louisville Municipal code~ and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Louisville, <br />Colorado, has determined that the proposed amendment is accep- <br />table has found it to be in the best interests of the City~ <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, <br />COLORADO: <br /> <br />Section 1. That Section 17.16.040 of the Louisville <br />Municipal Code be amended so that existing Regulation H under <br />said section become Regulation J, and the exclusionary reference <br />to barbershops and beauty parlors be eliminated under said <br />Regulation H (now J). New Regulations H and I will read as <br />follows: <br /> <br />H. Home occupations must be conducted by members of the <br />family occupying the dwelling, with no servant, <br />employee, or other person being engaged. <br /> <br />I. Barber and beauty shops shall be limited to one chair <br />and the hours of operation shall be limited to 8: 00 <br />A.M. to 9:00 P.M.
