<br /> A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 1989 BUDGET BY INCREASING REVENUES
<br /> AND APPROPRIATIONS IN THE GENERAL, CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT, DEBT
<br /> SERVICE, SALES TAX CAPITAL CONSTRUCTION, WATER AND WASTEWATER,
<br /> AND COAL CREEK GOLF COURSE FUNDS.
<br /> WHEREAS, it has been determined that a need exists for an
<br /> increase in appropriations in the General, Capital Improvement,
<br /> Debt Service, Sales Tax Capital Construction, Water, Wastewater,
<br /> and Coal Creek Golf Course Funds.
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
<br /> CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO:
<br /> Section 1. That the 1989 General Fund Revenues are hereby
<br /> increased from $3,241,093 to $3,742,458 and the 1989 General Fund
<br /> Appropriations are hereby increased from $3,241,093 to $3,742,458
<br /> attached hereto as Appendix A.
<br /> Section 2. That the 1989 Capital Improvement Fund Revenues
<br /> are hereby increased from $589,751 to $799,195 and the 1989
<br /> Capital Improvement Fund Appropriations are hereby increased from
<br /> $526,580 to $724,905 attached hereto as Appendix B.
<br /> Section 3. That the 1989 Debt Service Fund Revenues are
<br /> hereby increased from $562,625 to $725,355 and the 1989 Debt
<br /> Service Fund appropriations are hereby increased from $480,887 to
<br /> $637,447 attached hereto as Appendix C.
<br /> Section 4. That the 1989 Sales Tax Capital Construction
<br /> Fund Revenues are hereby increased from $0 to $6,088,585 and the
<br /> 1989 Sales Tax Capital Construction Fund Appropriations are
<br /> hereby increased from $0 to $3,951,000 attached hereto as
<br /> Appendix D.
<br /> Section 5. That the 1989 Water Fund Revenues are hereby
<br /> increased from $2,381,950 to $8,161,950 and the 1989 Water Fund
<br /> Appropriations are hereby increased from $2,482,462 to $8,002,000
<br /> attached hereto as Appendix E.
<br /> Section 6. That the 1989 Wastewater Fund Revenues are
<br /> hereby increased from $933,435 to $3,927,435, and the 1989
<br /> Wastewater Fund Appropriations are hereby increased from
<br /> $1,108,563 to $4,627,835 attached hereto as Appendix F.
<br /> Section 7 . That the 1989 Coal Creek Golf Course Fund
<br /> Revenues are hereby increased from $396,813 to $576,615. That
<br /> the 1989 Coal Creek Golf Course Fund Appropriations are hereby
<br /> increased from $1,840,027 to $2,455,800 attached hereto as
<br /> Appendix G.
