<br /> RESOLUTION NO. 37 <br /> SERIES I989 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PLAT FOR <br /> PONDEROSA SUBDIVISION REPLAT B <br /> WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City <br /> Council by Flagstaff Enterprises Construction Inc. a sUbdivision <br /> plat ("Plat" ) for ponderosa SUbdivision which is a partial replat <br /> of the subdivision previously approved by the City Council; and <br /> WHEREAS, all materials related to the Plat have been re- <br /> viewed by the city staff and Planning Commission and found to be <br /> in compliance with the Louisville Zoning ordinances, SUbdivision <br /> Regulations and related policies; and <br /> WHEREAS, after a properly advertised public hearing concern- <br /> ing said Plat, the Planning Commission recommended to the City <br /> Council approval of said Plat; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said Plat should be <br /> approved; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the <br /> City of Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve the Plat for <br /> Ponderosa Subdivision. <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of November, 1989. <br /> ~~~ <br /> Herman Fauson, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> ~ <br /> City Clerk <br /> APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> ~U~ <br /> 1, ~~ <br /> Sephen T.
