RESOLUTION NO. 28 <br /> SERIES 2001 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 16, SERIES 2001 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on March 6, 2001, the City Council passed Resolution No. 16, Series 2001, <br />entitled "A Resolution Approving a Special Review Use Application for Public Service <br />Company of Colorado (PSCo)"; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Resolution is intended to revise certain conditions set forth in <br />Resolution No. 16, Series 2001. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br /> <br /> 1. Conditions 2.b and 2.c set forth in Resolution No. 16, Series 2001, are hereby <br />amended to read as follows (numbers added are underlined; numbers deleted are stdc-kee, <br /> <br />bo <br /> <br />The applicant shall locate and install new poles adjacent to existing structure locations <br />number 26 (located at Louisville Reservoir) through location number 46. The applicant <br />shall submit, prior to the commencement of construction, a pole location map to the City <br />showing, to scale, proposed location of all new poles. The Mayor, in his discretion, may <br />approve adjustments in location of up to 85 feet for no more than 106 poles. <br />Additionally, new pole number 39 shall be located north of the existing pole but as close <br />as possible to the existing pole as applicant's engineering will allow. <br /> <br />Co <br /> <br />Pole heights shall be evaluated on a location by location basis and poles shall be installed <br />so as to ensure minimum pole heights consistent with required clearances. Prior to <br />construction, applicant shall submit such a location-by-location analysis, and such <br />submittal shall reflect the height of the existing pole, from grade, which is to be replaced, <br />and proposed height and location. In nv, case :ha!l tT_.he height of the proposed pole <br />replacement shall not exceed 89' from grade to top of pole, except that new poles g25 <br />and 32 may be, respectively, 100.5' and 97' from grade to top of pole. But Lin any event, <br />pole height shall be the minimum possible height consistent with required clearances. <br /> <br /> 2.
