At least fifteen <br /> (15) days before the date of the election, the City Clerk shall <br /> appoint the jUdges of election for each precinct. Each jUdge of <br /> election shall be a registered elector and shall be at least <br /> eighteen (18) years of age. The City Clerk shall make and file <br /> in her office a list of all persons so appointed, gi ving their <br /> names, addresses, and precincts. <br /> Section 6. Notice of the election shall be pUblished in the <br /> Louisville Times, a newspaper of general circulation in the City, <br /> in the issues dated July 19 and 26, 1989, and a copy of the <br /> notice of election shall be posted until after the election in a <br /> conspicuous place in the office of the City Clerk. In addition, <br /> the Notice of Election and maps of the precincts may be published <br /> at such other time or times as may be deemed necessary or desir- <br /> able by the City Clerk.
