<br /> punching and subsequently counted and tabulated by electronic <br /> vote-tabulating equipment. <br /> Any person who is at least eighteen (18) years of age, a <br /> citizen of the United States, and who has resided in the State of <br /> Colorado and in his municipal election precinct for thirty-two <br /> (32) days immediately preceding this election, and who has <br /> complied with the registration laws, shall be entitled to vote in <br /> the election. The registration list for each municipal election <br /> precinct shall contain the names and addresses of all electors <br /> residing within the municipal election precinct whose names <br /> appeared on the County registration records at the close of <br /> business on the twenty-fifty (25th) day preceding the special <br /> municipal election (i.e., Friday, July 7, 1989) . <br /> Those electors who are otherwise fully qualified to vote at <br /> such election, but who are or will be unable to appear at the <br /> polling place on the day of election, may contact Pam Ferris, <br /> City Clerk, City Hall, 749 Main street, Louisville, Colorado, not <br /> later than Friday, July 28, 1989, to determine whether they are <br /> eligible to vote by absentee ballot, and if eligible, to make <br /> application for such ballot. Requests for an absentee ballot may <br /> be made orally or in writing. The absent voter's polling place <br /> shall be at the City Clerk's office in the City Hall, 749 Main <br /> street, in Louisville, Colorado. <br /> Any elector unable to go to the polls because of conditions <br /> arising after the closing day for absent voter's ballot applica- <br /> tions which will result in his absence from his precinct on <br /> - 9 - <br />
