RESOLUTION NO. 23 <br /> SERIES 2001 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A SPECIAL REVIEW USE <br />FOR ATLANTA BREAD COMPANY, LOT 1, <br /> CENTURY RETAH. CENTER <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council, a request for <br />approval of a Special Review Use (SRU) for Atlanta Bread to be located in the Century Retail <br />Center; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the application against the required <br />Special Review Use Criteria found in Section 17.40.100 of the Louisville Municipal Code and <br />found that the proposed SRU, with conditions, complied with those criteria; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing concerning said Special Review Use, the <br />Planning Commission recommended approval to the City Council, with conditions; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council f'mds that said Special Review Use should be approved, with <br />the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. The Special Review Use shall be granted to the applicant only. <br /> <br />The applicant shall post all required fire lanes for no parking subject to review and <br />approval of staff and the Louisville Fire Protection District prior to the issuance of a <br />tenant finish permit. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />The applicant shall install signage as approved by staff at all common drive locations <br />with Century Office Park prohibiting Century Retail Center patrons and employees <br />from parking in the Century Office Park. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Louisville, <br />Colorado does hereby approve a Special Review Use for Atlanta Bread located in the Century <br />Retail Center. <br /> <br /> ED <br /> <br />Ci~ll~, Colorado <br /> <br />AND ADOPTED this 3ra day of April 2001. <br /> <br /> By: <br /> Tom Davidson, Mayor <br /> City of Louisville, Colorado <br /> <br /> <br />
