McCASLIN BLVD, (LOT 9A CENTURY OFFICE <br />PARK) <br /> <br />Davidson called for staff presentation. <br /> <br />Paul Wood, Planning Director, stated that this Final PUD proposes a 6,000 square-foot restaurant <br />and bar offering lunch and dinner service. The restaurant seats 130 with an additional 36 seats <br />available in an outdoor patio area in addition to bar seating. The property is zoned Business Office, <br />which allows 'indoor eating and drinking establishments' with Special Review Use approval. <br /> <br />The approved Final PUD for Century Office Park established site planning, architectural, <br />landscaping, and other detailed requirements for the development. There is only a limited amount <br />of flexibility in site planning and architecture for this lot and building.
