<br /> RESOLUTION NO. 34 <br /> Series 1988 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PUD AMENDMENT FOR <br /> CENTENNIAL HEALTH PARK <br /> WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City <br />Council a PUD Amendment by Davis Partnership for Rocky Mountain <br />Affiliated Adventist Health Services; and <br /> WHEREAS, all materials related to the PUD Amendment have <br />been reviewed by the City Staff and Planning Commission and found <br />to be in compliance with the Louisville Zoning Ordinances, <br />Subdivision Regulations and related policies; and <br /> WHEREAS, after a properly advertised public hearing <br />concerning said Plan, the Planning Commission determined that it <br />is acceptable. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the <br />City of Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve the PUD <br />Amendment for Centennial Health Park. <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of August, 1988. <br /> ~#1~J( L/V) <br /> Berman Fauson, Mayor <br />ATTEST: APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> ~\~~~ <br /> Step n T.
